The Main purpose of Road Safety Policy is to reduce the risks associated with road transport journey and to start the search in case of a "Man lost" situation arises.

Scope :

2. Check for competency of drivers
3. Traffic Rules & Regulations

To meet this commitment :

1. Journey management procedures are followed and plans issued before journeys undertaken.
2. Comply with applicable statutory requirement.
3. Monitor all incoming and outgoing journeys and records will be maintained.
4. Ensure effective controls to minimize road travel risks.
5. The speed limit for vehicle decided and confirmed.
6. Training to improve competence of vehicle drivers.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle during journey.
8. The driver has to inform the incharge before starting of the journey.
